CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do this online or by contacting us. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total, including add-ons. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee. A card on file is required to book. Deposits are applied to your service total and can be transferred once when you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling, which is treated as a late cancellation. Lash refresh appointments require at least 40% of extensions remaining. If you arrive outside your refresh window, your service may be changed to the appropriate fill or a new set at the corresponding price. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other guests.
